Can I get a refund if I return my item?
We cannot offer a money back guarantee on products that have been personalised. The product cannot be resold due to the personalisation of the item.

Our services are still running (info COVID-19)
It's important for us to let you know that we are still producing and shipping on time, although delivery could be delayed. With every order, you will get an exact shipping date and an expected delivery date. All orders will be processed and created with the same care as always.
The situation is of course serious, and therefore we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep the whole team safe. Firstly, working from home has been established for all those positions that allow it, and secondly, for the ones that have to prepare the orders, and therefore need to be in person in our production facility, we have taken extreme precautions, reinforcing the cleaning and hygiene measures, facilitating gloves, daily check ups on health status, increasing distance between working stations or establishing separate shifts, among other things.

How can I make my own personalised item?
Very easily! The design process is simplified into three steps. You can use any photo, logos, or text in your design.
1. Choose your product, 2. Upload an image, 3. Checkout. If you still need inspiration, you can also use one of our design templates. Nobody deserves a boring phone case!
I did not receive a confirmation email, was my order placed properly?
Be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If the confirmation email cannot be found in one of these folders and you have still not received an email from us,please let us know.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. As soon as the order has been placed, it is processed by the production facility immediately to ensure quick delivery. This is an automated process and the robots hate being interrupted. Jokes aside, please make sure you are happy with your design before checking-out.
What are the shipping costs and times?
We are sincerely grateful for your understanding.

- Premium (GLS) (A signature is needed for the delivery.) £4.16
- Express (UPS) (A signature is needed for the delivery.) £6.66
- Pick-up Point (UPS) (Delivery to a pickupoint near you. Opening hours differ per pickup-point.) £3.74
- Standard (Royal Mail.) (You don't need to be home, the package fits in your mailbox.) £2.49
When will I receive my order?
Guaranteed Delivery Date
If you opt for a Premium Shipment we can ensure your order will be with you on the delivery date displayed on the checkout page, which includes the preparation time to dispatch and also the shipping time altogether. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Date
Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipment as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Premium Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. Please note this option does not include a tracking link.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order from your account page, available on our website. A tracking number will also be sent to you by email when your order is shipped. The tracking information can take a few hours to update after shipment, so please wait some time and check again before contacting our support team.
During (Dutch) public holidays and peak seasons please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. On public holidays, orders will not be processed by us or by our carriers. Orders that were placed the day before the holiday and on the holiday itself will be sent out the first following business day.
